Conference Lodging is at the Choctaw Hotel, Casino & Resort
A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference rate of $110.00 (This does not include resort charge of $19.99 per night and taxes.) Resort charge includes: complimentary valet parking, Wi-Fi connectivity, 2 bottles of water daily, local and toll free calls, fitness center access, business center access and Poll access (seasonal) and indoor poll (available all year).
Cut off date on rooms is Tuesday, August 18, 2026. All OKRA group accommodation will be released for resale if not reserved by deadline.

Introduction to Zero Waste - Presented by Zero Waste USA
Must register to attend. Limited to the first 50 registations.

Introduction to Zero Waste is a four-hour class designed, hosted an taught by Zero Waste USA Program Manager Amanda Waddel. Participants will learn about Zero Waste principles, the Zero Waste International Alliance's (ZWIA) definition, and the Zero Waste Hierarchy during this class. Participants will also be introduced to Zero Waste principles and planning techniques for businesses, institutions, and communities. This class includes time for questions and discussion.
Class will be from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Headquarters located at 1802 Chukka Hina, Durant, OK 74701. There will be a break for lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Lunch is not provided, but their is a cafeteria location in the building for participants to purchase food or snacks.

A free tour is being offered to conference attendees at the Choctaw Nation Recycling Facility. The Choctaw Nation Recycling Facility is located at 3408 Wes Watkins Blvd, Durant, OK 74701.
Close toed shoes must be warn for the tour.

Cookout, Corn Hole Tournament and Social Networking Event!
Event Starts at 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $25 each and must be purchased in advance.
Cornhole registration from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
A cookout and Corn Hole tournament will be held on Tuesday, September 1st starting around 5:00 p.m. This is an opportunity to meet conference attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. It will be held at the Choctaw Nation Recycling Center at 3408 Wes Watkins Blvd., Durant, OK 74701. Please bring your own chairs for the event.
Menu to be announced. (Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available if you list your dietary restrictions on the registration form.)
BYOB: Bring your own beverage if you want something other than water, iced tea or lemonade.
If you are playing int he cornhole tournament, you have to register in person with the tournament director by 5:00 p.m.
