Conference rate is is $99.00 per night (does not include sales tax. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. a $12 charge will be added for each additional adult.)

OKRA Block of rooms must be reserved by September 8, 2024. All OKRA group accommodations will be released for resale if not reserved by deadline. The Lodge does not guarantee availability or rate after that.
Tuesday, October 8th
Cookout, Corn Hole Tournament and Social Networking event!
A Cookout and Corn Hole tournament will be held on Tuesday, October 8th. This is an opportunity to meet conference attendees, speakers, sponsors and venders. This will take place at Creek Shelter in Sequoyah State Park. This event is free, but we ask that you sign up for a ticket so we will know how much food to prepare. Ram Products is sponsoring the cookout and will be smoking meat. ( Vegetarian options will be available through registration.) Sides and desserts will be provided by OKRA. BYOB - Bring your own beverage if you want something other than water, iced tea, or lemonade.
