A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference rate of $110.00 (This does not include tax.) There are only 65 rooms available for the conference - so book your room today! The overflow loading will be at the Chickasaw Retreat and Conference Center for the same rate.

If you're interested in booking at the CRCC, you'll need to call (580) 993-2327 and use the same code, OKRA25.

To book a room, you should call the specific property you want to stay at for the conference.

OKRA Block of rooms must be reserved by September 22, 2025. All OKRA group accommodation will be released for resale if not reserved by deadline.

 

 

Tuesday, October 7th

Cookout, Corn Hole Tournament and Social Networking event!

 

A cookout and Corn Hole tournament will be held on Tuesday, October 7th.  This is an opportunity to meet conference attendees, speakers, sponsors and venders.  This will take place at Buckhorn Pavilion at the Chickasaw National Recreational Area.  This event is free, but we ask that you sign up for a ticket when you register so we will know how much food to prepare.  (Vegetarian options will be available through registration.)

BYOB: Bring your own beverage if you want something other than water, iced tea or lemonade.
